Returns Policy

At maafaaDesigns we want you to be happy every time you shop HempShoe & HempClothing with us.
 
If you do need to return an unused item we guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sell able condition, within 7 days of purchase for an exchange as required.
 
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, we will be happy to refund the costs incurred in sending it back to us. As a standard procedure, this happens only once we receive the garment back from you and our production team confirms that there is a manufacturing fault. Otherwise, you will be responsible for those charges.
Please note that items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
 

We aim to process all orders within 3-5 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Schedule:
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping:
Maafaa Designs proudly ships our hemp sneakers and clothing worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery destination. Customers will see shipping rates before completing their purchase. Any applicable customs duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
