We are glad to learn that you are considering selling maafaaDesigns. Please review the general terms and conditions listed below for wholesale stock orders and pre-sales.

Wholesale process:

We have a MOQ minimum order quantity of 10 pairs of shoes.
All sales will be done through us directly.

When can a pre order be skipped?

Only when it is your first order.

Small orders between 10-20 pairs of shoes(subject to availability).
All other products must be pre-ordered.

Payment terms ?
Discounts are based on order volumes.

Shipping will be post payment received.

Delivery
The cost of shipping is not reflected in the price of the item. A calculation based on your order will be made. Depending on your requirements, we can ship via courier inside India or via aircraft or ship outside of India (costs x delivery speed). You must plan for customs clearance in accordance with local regulations. The buyer is responsible for customs clearance

Would you like samples?
We provide samples at a discount. Please order your samples from our online retail store if this is your first time purchasing from us. The retail pricing difference from your sample order will be subtracted from your first wholesale order after it has been placed.

After sales support
Your shop’s sales materials will be delivered to you by our wholesale agent. Would you like hemp flyers or posters?

Also, even though we thoroughly inspect each pair before sending it, there is still a chance that the item will be defective. If that occurs, kindly get in touch with us, and we will quickly send you a replacement pair of shoes with maafaaDesigns covering the shipping charges.Contact us at maafaadesignsllp@gmail.com to request a return, and then attach images of the damaged goods.
