MAAFAA DESIGNS is a socially conscious and eco-friendly Style oriented brand founded by Prabhuraj. He is a self-taught designer who has worked with leather for almost two decades. After years of working in the traditional clothing and accessories industry, he became disillusioned with the environmental and ethical problems associated with fast fashion and decided to explore new ways to create simplicity.
In 2017, he traveled to Nepal, where he discovered the potential of hemp as a sustainable and versatile material for fashion. He became fascinated with the properties of hemp and how it can be used to create beautiful and durable clothing and accessories.
Inspired by his travels, he founded MAAFAA DESIGNS, a brand that creates unique and sustainable clothing and accessories using hemp fabric. The brand specialized in hemp shoes, handbags, clothing and accessories. Prabhuraj’s goal is to promote the use of natural and sustainable materials in the fashion industry, while also raising awareness about the issues of social and environmental justice.
